TODAY, 1 IN 5 AMERICANS LIVE WITH A MENTAL HEALTH DISORDER. NEARLY HALF OF THOSE HAD A CO-OCCURRING SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER. Between 50%-70% of those dealing with these challenges were not getting treatment. Those without treatment used three times as much non-psychiatric medical care than those receiving mental health care. A 2025 survey of full-time U.S. employees was conducted to understand the state of mental health across America%u2019s workforce. Nearly 75% of respondents report experiencing some form of low mood, and one in four employees say they have considered quitting their jobs due to mental health concerns. Alarmingly, almost half of respondents say life was easier during the COVID-19 pandemic than it is now.2 Employees say they would find relief through workplace support.
