This program aims to improve the care pathway for MSK pain, reduce spend on unnecessary surgery and provide nationwide access for members needing care.Flex is a solution for members seeking evidence-based, minimally invasive treatment for acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain in the comfort of their home with optional video conferences with a dedicated health coach. Flex is a holistic exercise therapy wellness program with customized programming that are all delivered through the app, where members complete a Flex Check movement assessment. Members then receive a Flex Kit delivered to their home, which is a curated collection of rehab tools. It may include such items as a foam roller, a resistance band, a lacrosse ball and other tools. Members have access to the program for 12 months after enrollment.
