Has Your Contact Information Changed? Update Blue Access for Producers^SM (BAP^SM)

Periodically, we’ll remind you to log in to BAP and update your name and phone number if needed. We’ll also ask you to confirm your name and number at least once a year.

Why updated contact info matters.  Accurate contact information is vital and keeps your name and number in front of members as their primary contact during enrollment and renewals. Also:

• If we have bad email addresses, you won’t receive the latest sales, marketing or commission content.
• If we have bad phone numbers, we can’t include you in client materials.
• If we have bad mailing addresses, we can’t send tax forms promptly.
• If we have missing email addresses or phone numbers, we can’t authenticate BAP accounts.

On the Change Contact Information page:

•  If the information is correct, click the green SUBMIT button.
•  If anything needs to be updated, make the changes, then click SUBMIT.
• Clicking SUBMIT tells us you took action.

Once you confirm or update your contact information, your next BAP login will take you to the BAP homepage.
