Speakers:
Tyler Mette, MS, RD/LD, senior wellness consultant, has been with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) since 2019 providing workplace assessments, analysis, strategic planning and appropriate goal setting for corporations to help them achieve their wellbeing goals. Prior to BCBSIL, Tyler supported a variety of industries from manufacturing, construction, mining and oil and gas. As a registered dietitian, Tyler has also provided nutritional counseling and worked as a certified personal trainer.

Erika Knue, Ph.D., MCHES®, CWP, senior wellness consultant, has been with BCBSIL for more than 14 years, providing onsite health education, health coaching, support for wellness proposals and support to employers for their wellbeing strategies. She has more than 20 years’ experience in health and wellness and brings a wealth of knowledge in education, personal training, group fitness and preventive health.

Kanisha Caesar, M.P.H., CHES, CCWS, wellness coordinator, has been with BCBSIL for more than five years providing onsite education, screenings, initiatives and support for a corporate wellness client. With more than 16 years of corporate wellness experience, she has served as a health and wellness coach tobacco cessation facilitator to community outreach trainer, group exercise instructor and wellness program manager. Also, Kanisha provides educational webinars on many health topics and is a health equity champion supporting that work here at BCBSIL.
