Customer Service

We have Spanish-speaking customer advocates who are ready with expert help for your needs or questions. Just call the toll-free number on your member ID card and follow the prompts for Spanish.

Blue Access for MembersSM (BAMSM)

Our secure member portal is now available in Spanish! If you haven’t already registered for Blue Access for Members, go to bcbsil.com/member/register. All you will need to register is the information from your member ID card. Create your own user name and password for easy access to your health coverage information. If you’re already registered, log in to your BAM account at bcbsil.com/member.

Mobile Apps

Our BCBSIL mobile app for iPhone® and Android® allows you to view your health care coverage information and more in Spanish from your mobile phone. To download the app, text BCBSIL APP to 33633.*

Use our Healthy Family mobile app to create a profile for all your family members to keep track of recommended health screenings and appointments in Spanish. You can download the Healthy Family App from the Apple App Store or text “Healthy Family” to 33633.*
