Introducing MyBlueRxILSM: Mobile Pharmacy App

What’s new: MyBlueRxIL is a new, personalized digital pharmacy app that makes it easy for members to access, understand and manage their prescription drug care and out-of-pocket costs. It delivers on our commitment to make the digital pharmacy experience easy and intuitive for our members.
How it works: The free app puts current information about prescription drugs and pharmacy benefits into members’ hands. With MyBlueRxIL, registered users can:
- Find available lower-cost drug options
- Compare drug costs at different pharmacies
- Manage prescription drug care for dependents (dependents over age 18 can activate their own account)
- Receive refill reminder alerts
- Access information about their prescription drugs, including medication details, claims history, coverage, clinical review approvals and refills
- Search for and contact in-network pharmacies
MyBlueRxIL is currently available to most commercial group plan members with pharmacy benefits through Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL). Members can download the app from the App Store 
or Google Play. If they already have a Blue Access for MembersSM account, they can use the same credentials to log in, or create a new account.
To verify coverage and confirm access to MyBlueRxIL before downloading the app, members should call the number on their member ID card.
