New Look to Well onTarget^® Improves Member Experience
Applies to all groups

The Well onTarget portal and mobile app launched a new and improved user experience on March 10.    

Upgrades to the Portal Offer These Features 

• Next Step Banner: Helps members see important messages and stay focused
• “At-a-glance” center: Provides a health journey overview with step-by-step guidance 
• Improved Journey Navigation Experience: Shows the member journey recommendations and completed activities 
• New “in progress” section: Provides one-click access to challenges and programs in which members actively participate 

Why it matters:  
The portal is the program’s heart. These enhancements add functionality and help members navigate more easily. 

Wellontarget.com offers this portal with the programs and resources members need to prioritize their health: 

• A customized dashboard, program information, podcasts, articles and videos 
• Self-management programs that educate members on various health topics and goals  
• Health coaching (if applicable) to offer 1:1 guidance on reaching member health goals 
• Personal health challenges 
• Fitness and nutrition device integration to help members stay on track  
• Blue Points^SM for participating in healthy activities, redeemable for a wide variety of merchandise 

The complimentary AlwaysOn app now also includes a new and improved user experience. Members will have the ability to access and redeem Blue Points via the app and get and redeem e-gift cards for groups with Incentives.
