Review Updates to BCBSIL HMO Networks

There are changes to the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL) HMO Illinois^®, Blue Advantage HMO^SM and Blue Precision HMO^SM provider networks. Only the medical group telephone number changed. All locations, doctors and services remain the same.

Member notices: BCBSIL will notify affected group members of the network changes by mail. Instructions are included in the letter to assist them in this process. Members will receive a new ID card reflecting these changes in the mail.

Effective Jan. 1, 2022, the following medical groups (MG) changed their phone number:
