Blue Directions for Small Business^SM (2-50) Transition Complete

Beginning in July, the Blue Directions for Small Business team began transitioning users off the platform. On Sept. 9, 2021, Blue Directions for Small Business account access was transitioned to a read-only format. No further benefit updates can be made through the platform.

On Sept. 20, 2021, all producers using Blue Directions for Small Business were given the option to transition to a new platform, called Bentegro. It can be used for quoting, sales and benefits management for Small Group clients.

Background: Blue Directions for Small Business (for groups with 2-50 employees) was a platform for Small Group producers and clients. Producers accessed the platform to quote and sell our Small Group Plans, with clients using the platform to facilitate benefit updates.
