Estimates show that 72% of our nation’s workforce suffers from a mental health related condition that often goes undiagnosed and untreated. In fact, depression is considered the leading cause of disability in the United States, costing $210 billion annually.*
Employers and organizations are now focusing on the direct and indirect costs associated with mental health such as absenteeism, presenteeism and loss of productivity. This new approach seeks to remove the stigma of guilt often tied to mental health and encourages a workplace culture that is more accepting and supportive.
Please join us for Q3 Worksite Wellness webinar as we explore the impact of mental health issues at the workplace and provide solutions for employers to champion a supportive culture where all employees thrive.
