BCBSIL Partners with Jellyvision^® to Bring ALEX^®

Jellyvision, maker of employee communications platform ALEX, is partnering with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois (BCBSIL).

ALEX is a customizable, interactive, virtual employee benefits counselor. The platform provides personalized, confidential guidance to help employees select a health insurance plan, save for retirement, manage finances, navigate a leave of absence and more. 

Using behavioral psychology, ALEX engages and educates employees about their benefits. The program increases savings rates for employees and reduces employer costs.

How ALEX Works
ALEX uses behavioral science, ordinary language and animation to guide employees through complex Human Resources benefits options. It can be accessed any time from any computer, smartphone or tablet in the office or at home.
